We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel & Holidays Coordinator (Inbound and Outbound) member to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create a product line and holiday packages.
• Promoting and selling Holidays & Travel products, handling leisure related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets.
• Handling holiday packages inquiries to the conclusion from walk-in, corporate clients, and online channels.
• Log in inquiries for follow through conclusion.
• Converting inquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.
• To do tele-sales on holiday packages.
• Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company’s brochures & destinations.
• To promote special itineraries & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.
• To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by the tourism board.
• To tailor make and customize trip plans, itineraries for Holidays packages as per clients’ requirements.
• Knowledge on various Holiday destinations in the world.
• Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Holiday Manager.
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree with attested education certificates.
• Proficient in Russian, Arabic and English both written and oral. Spanish and other foreign languages is an advantage.
• IATA certificate.
• Other relevant supporting certificates related to leisure travel & auxiliary courses.
• Computer literate, excellent in MS Office & other search engines.
• Planning, organizing, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Able to use GDS for flights booking, online hotels & rail booking systems for other ground arrangement bookings.
