At Tivali Home, we proudly provide top-quality holiday home management and short-term rental services in Dubai. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Holiday Home Management & Business Development Specialist to join our team and grow with us.

Holiday Home Management & Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively and professionally manage the day-to-day operations of holiday home properties

• Have comprehensive knowledge of buildings, towers, and key areas across Dubai

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base and market share

• Oversee reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and logistics operations

• Keep up-to-date with legal regulations and trends related to the holiday home sector in Dubai

• Utilize holiday home management software and CRM systems efficiently

• Ensure high levels of guest and landlord satisfaction through professional service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of continuous and hands-on experience in holiday home management in Dubai (mandatory)

• In-depth understanding of holiday home processes and the Dubai property market

• Strong experience with CRM and property management systems

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
