Successful candidates will need to:
  • A bachelor’s degree in English with a B.Ed. or a subject-related degree with a PGCE/PGDE (preferred).
  • A minimum of four years of qualified teaching experience in secondary English, including a leadership role.
  • GCSE level teaching required, A-Levels preferred.
  • Experience teaching GCSE English (A-Level experience preferred).
  • A passion for career growth, leadership, and sustainability.
  • The ability to share best practices and inspire excellence.
  • Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to engage with students and parents.
