Key Responsibilities:
Project & Team Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating ongoing IT projects, tracking progress, and preparing status reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for IT project discussions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for hardware/software procurement or support.
User Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for basic IT queries, raising tickets as needed.
- Assist in coordinating helpdesk requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Support in user account setups, password resets, and onboarding new users with IT requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and vendor agreements.
- Help update IT policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations as requested by the IT Manager.
General IT Admin Support:
- Monitor inventory of IT equipment and raise requests for replenishment.
- Support with basic troubleshooting under guidance.
- Coordinate with facilities or other departments for IT-related needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates to 1–2 years of IT administration/coordination experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems, MS Office Suite; knowledge of helpdesk tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Good organizational skills, proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
