Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Support the IT team in managing servers, backups, and security protocols.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and workstations.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and IT best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, antivirus, and remote desktop tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
