Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple branches of our men's saloon and spa in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Managing and operating daily branches and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Monitoring employee performance (barbers, therapists, and receptionists) and developing them.
• Developing operational plans, organizing work schedules, and monitoring attendance and discipline.
• Monitoring service quality and customer experience to achieve customer satisfaction and increase loyalty.
• Oversee sales, promotions, and internal marketing for branches.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and operational needs.
• Submit periodic reports to senior management on performance and recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience managing men’s salons or spas.
• Previous work experience in UAE or similar leading companies in the field is preferred.
• A leader capable of managing multinational teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with salon management systems (POS and CRM) is a plus.
• Valid, transferable UAE residency.
