Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the dining area at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Follow company standards, health, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for smooth service flow.
• Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage options.

Location: Dubai

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)

Salary: AED 2,000 per month (6 days a week)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel as a Waiter.
