This role requires optimizing Oracle SCM modules and ensuring seamless user adoption, alongside providing functional support and training to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years implementation experience in Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • At least 6 years in implementing SCM SaaS applications.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Procure to Pay business processes.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle SCM Consultant to enhance and support our Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing system functionality, ensuring seamless user adoption, and gathering business user requirements to drive continuous improvement

Job Description:

  • Analyze, design, and implement enhancements for Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing , sourcing , supplier Portal , supplier qualification management SQM )
  • Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize solutions based on business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide functional and technical support to end users.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to improve adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • 10+ years implementation experience of Supply Chain Management solutions
  • Able to understand and analyse business user requirements and able to perform the required solution Design
  • At least 6 years in implementing SCM SaaS applications
  • Strong functional knowledge of Procure to Pay business processes
  • Experience in Procurement modules : Self-service procurement , Supplier Qualification management , Purchasing , Sourcing , Supplier Portal
  • Experience in Logistics modules : Inventory , Maintenance
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with quick learning on the job
  • Proactively maintains knowledge of Oracle's current and future products/solutions offerings for the specified SCM area
  • Able to be engaged in Pre-Sales activities and writing of technical proposals
