Job description

• Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of SAP FICO modules (FI – Financial Accounting, CO – Controlling) to align with business goals.
• Implementation Leadership: Oversee full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other module, customer-IS, business teams and other stakeholder like data migration to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• S/4HANA Expertise: Updated and expertise to S/4HANA, ensuring optimized workflows and compliance with financial regulations.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet standards like IFRS, GAAP, and SOX.
• Performance Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 4 full-cycle implementations (with additional domain experience would be desirable)
• Deep knowledge (hands-on expertise) of modules like GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-PC, PCA, CCA, and COPA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Educational Background

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.
