Job summary

StatusNeo invites a talented Full-Stack Engineer skilled in React and Python to join our Dubai team. You will build agentic workflows, AI-assisted coding solutions, and deliver scalable microservices on Azure.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate on Gen AI integrations, real-time systems, and cloud-native deployments to shape innovative enterprise software for our clients in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy async, Pydantic).
• 5+ years of React/TypeScript experience (strict mode, React Query, Zustand).
• Delivery of end-to-end agentic workflows in production.
• Deep experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI implementations.
• Hands-on Azure experience: App Service, Storage, Service Bus, Redis Cache, OpenAI, managed identities.
• DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, Azure Pipelines, GitOps.
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems, BFF, multi-tenancy.
• Testing: Jest, Playwright, observability tools.
• AI/ML: Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, prompts.
• Real-time: WebSockets, Redis pub/sub, event streaming.
• RBAC knowledge (SpiceDB)

Responsibilities
