Job summary

Blue Hat HR Services seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer in Dubai to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and databases. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory, with Arabic a plus.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to best practices, and participating in Agile ceremonies. You will work with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend stacks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Fluency in Russian and English - mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our client's technology team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the entire software development lifecycle - from frontend user interfaces to backend architecture and database management.

This position requires fluency in both Russian and English to collaborate effectively with international teams, stakeholders, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Build responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirements / Qualifications / Skills
