EWI Recruitment is seeking a Construction Director for a landmark High-Speed Rail project in the UAE. The role demands senior site leadership, vast experience delivering major transportation infrastructure, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive delivery strategy, oversee safety, quality, budget and schedule, and report to executive leadership and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (mandatory).
• 20+ years experience in rail construction.
• Proven High-Speed Rail delivery experience and large project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of construction delivery activities.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, efficient and timely execution of works.
• Drive construction strategy, sequencing and interface management.
• Oversee quality, budget and programme performance.
• Report directly to executive leadership and client representatives.
