We are looking for a new principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.
To succeed in this role you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Qualifications and Experience Required for ADEK Approval:
Principal Role:
School-based role with the highest level of responsibility for leadership and management.
All staff report to the Principal.
Minimum Eligibility:
Candidates must match one of the following eligibility profiles:
Additional Requirements:
Educational Leadership Standards Assessment and/or other relevant valid licenses.
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience preferably as Principal or Vice Principal.
Proven success in managing diverse teams.
Experience in implementing innovative teaching aligned with UK curriculum.
Familiarity with UK curriculum development and assessment processes.
UAE Experience and Cultural Competence:
Substantial experience in UAE education sector.
In-depth knowledge of UAE culture norms and educational landscape.
Understanding of ADEK inspection processes and compliance.
Ability to engage effectively with UAE parents and stakeholders.
Nationality:
UK or Ireland nationality required.
