Job summary

Sharafi Group Investment seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to operate, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems across commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings in the UAE. The role requires hands-on expertise with AHU/FAHU/FCU, VRF/VRV, packages, BMS, and district cooling.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant HVAC experience, with high-rise building exposure and UAE/GCC familiarity considered advantageous. Join a dynamic MEPM team in a growing market.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• High-rise building experience is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot AHU/FAHU/FCU, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities or potential failures.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
