Job summary
LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our client for high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on electrical installation, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and ELV systems on site.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or diploma in electrical engineering, 3–5 years site execution experience, strong drawing interpretation, coordination with contractors and clients, and excellent problem-solving and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years site execution experience in high-rise building construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical installation work on site
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings and standards
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and clients
- Manage project timelines and quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Interpret and implement design changes as needed
