Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic High Power Electronics Engineer with extensive experience in developing high-voltage pulsed power supplies and integrating them into complex systems. The role involves designing, prototyping, and testing high-power electronics systems. The candidate should possess strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electronics engineering, especially in high power electronics, circuit simulation, PCB design, transformer and coil winding techniques, and applying these skills to solve engineering challenges.

  • Design and develop high-voltage power supplies, DC-AC & DC-DC converters, and pulsed generators.
  • Create detailed PCB designs for high voltage applications.
  • Fabricate transformers and coils using various techniques suitable for high-voltage applications.
  • Perform comprehensive testing on high voltage systems, including safety, functionality, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate high-voltage power sources into larger systems, considering mechanical, electrical, and thermal constraints.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise in high-power electronics.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Skills Required
  • Deep knowledge of high-power electronics, including design, fabrication, and testing of high-voltage pulsed power sources and systems.
  • Strong background in high-voltage circuit design and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in electronic circuit simulation software (e.g., SPICE, LTspice).
  • Experience in PCB design for high voltage applications using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle.
  • Knowledge of transformer and coil winding techniques, magnetic design principles, and high voltage insulation.
  • Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, high-voltage probes, and insulation resistance testers.
