Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Hiab crane operator to join our field operations team. The role involves safely lifting and guiding heavy loads, conducting pre-operation equipment checks, and following site safety rules with precision.

The ideal candidate has a Class 1 license, a recognized Hiab certification (IPAF or CPCS), and 2–3 years of hands-on crane experience in industrial or construction settings. UAE-based work with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or equivalent driver’s license with a clean record.
• Hiab operator certification (IPAF or CPCS) demonstrating proficiency.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven Hiab crane operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Hiab cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy loads with precision and control.
• Conduct thorough pre-operation checks of the Hiab equipment, including hydraulics, controls, and safety devices.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company safety policies, and site regulations during transport and operation.
• Calculate load weights and determine lifting capacities to avoid overloading.
