Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced HIAB Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has UAE site experience, ADNOC & CICPA familiarity, and a proven ability to operate HIAB-mounted cranes safely on industrial sites.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, transporting materials, inspecting equipment, and adhering to safety standards. A valid UAE heavy vehicle license and reliable, punctual work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years HIAB driver experience
• ADNOC & CICPA experience mandatory
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Proven experience operating HIAB/hydraulic crane trucks
• Knowledge of lifting, loading, and cargo securing procedures
• Strong safety awareness on site and road regulations

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HIAB truck and mounted hydraulic crane
• Load, unload, lift, and transport materials as required
• Properly position and stabilize the vehicle before lifting operations
• Inspect the HIAB crane, truck, lifting equipment, and accessories before operation
• Follow ADNOC & CICPA safety standards and site procedures
• Ensure proper securing of loads during transportation
• Follow safe lifting practices and maintain awareness of surrounding hazards
• Coordinate with banks men, riggers, supervisors, and site teams
• Report equipment faults, damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
• Maintain the vehicle and crane in clean and safe operating condition
• Complete required trip, inspection, and equipment records
