Job summary

REAPHR is hiring an experienced HIAB Driver for UAE operations in Abu Dhabi. You will operate HIAB-mounted cranes to load, unload and transport materials across project sites while following safety procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of HIAB experience, ADNOC and CIPA site experience, and a valid UAE driving license. You will coordinate with site teams, ensure cargo securing, and maintain vehicle and crane in safe condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HIAB truck and mounted hydraulic crane.
• Load, unload, lift, and transport materials as required.
• Properly position and stabilize the vehicle before lifting operations.
• Inspect the HIAB crane, truck, lifting equipment, and accessories before operation.
• Follow ADNOC and CIPA safety standards and site procedures.
• Ensure proper securing of loads during transportation.
• Report equipment faults, damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
