Job summary

REAPHR is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for ADNOC/CIPA projects in Abu Dhabi. You will operate excavators, perform trenching and earthworks, and ensure strict safety standards are followed.

The role requires 1-3 years of work experience and a valid heavy equipment license. Overtime flexibility and ability to work on-site in the UAE are benefits of joining our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently as per project.
• Perform excavation, trenching, digging, grading, back filling, and loading.
• Follow ADNOC and CIPA safety standards, HSE procedures, and site regulations.
• Complete assigned work safely and within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, banks men, and other construction teams.
• Carry out basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.

• Ensure safe operation around underground utilities, pipelines, personnel, and other equipment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, banks men, and other construction teams.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions around the machine.
• Carry out basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Follow permit‑to‑work and other site‑specific procedures.
• Complete assigned work safely and within the required timeframe.
