Job summary

A leading retail company in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle merchandise, assist in inventory management, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse management, possesses a Higher Secondary qualification, and is skilled in ERP systems and MS Excel. This role requires effective communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
• Preferably experience with ERP systems.
• Higher Secondary educational qualification.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist in the receiving process.
• Perform security tagging and barcoding.
• Create gate passes for merchandise transactions.
• Adhere to store policies and processes.
• Support delivery drivers.
• Collect required documents from customers.
• Retrieve stock from suppliers.

Job description

1 Physical handling of merchandise in and out of WH as per the plano-gram, receiving room, holding room and HVS room
2 Assist the inventory executive by receiving the merchandise to fasten the receiving process
3 Security Tagging, Shrink Wrapping and Bar Coding
4 Create the gate pass when required for any merchandise transaction
5 Adherence to the checklists and processes (staff discount policy, store opening/closing etc)
6 Support drivers for end customer delivery
7 Collect required docs from the customers upon the successful deliveries
8 Collect the stock from supplier side and bring to the warehouse with proper documents



Requirements

Experience
(Yrs& Field) 6 Months - 1 Yr of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary
Professional Certifications Preferably experience of working in any ERP,MS Excel
