A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Service representative to manage walk-in clients at the HFD. This role requires excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, along with the ability to handle customer queries proactively. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain high service quality in customer interactions.
Role Purpose: Attend to walk-in customers visiting the HFD. Liaise with respective dept. to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF Policy Maintain MIS to ensure 100% Service Quality.
