We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive Engineer with proven sales track records in UAE Heavy machinery/Earthmoving Equipment

Job Duties:

  • Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery specially (Used Machinery)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Used heavy machinery/ earthmoving equipment market and industry trends irrelevant to earthmoving equipment and cranes.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
