Overview:

POSITION

H&H Technician

Responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all site repairing and maintaining technical equipment/vehicles. This includes a good working knowledge of auto mechanics and/or high and heavy vehicles, as well as the ability for practical work applications required. Emphasis on Health and Safety, Environmental Control, and International Standard Organization (ISO) practices. Ensuring all actions, maintenance, or productions are completed in accordance with Managers', Customers', and Manufacturers' instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement, washing, cleaning, and preparation of vehicles in the PDC.
• Assist on any other task associated with the equipment as directed.
• General cleaning and labor-related tasks.
• Assist in the upgrade and modification of existing systems as per OEM instructions.
• Carry out paint preparation, minor bodywork, and painting.
• Assist in Material Handling Equipment operations.
• Responsible for ensuring safety and environmental issues are observed by other employees.
• Ensure that the values of the company are adhered to.
• Assist in inventory, stock checks, and logistical tasks.
• Ensure all company policies, work instructions, and notices are followed.
• Ensure that all timesheets and related paperwork are filled out correctly.
• Assist in Mechanical Assembly and Disassembly work under guidance.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Support Container Stuffing & Destuffing.

Job Requirements

• Good English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
• UAE MHE Drivers License (Manual).
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• At least two years of exposure to Maintenance, Logistics, Product Distribution, or similar experience (Desirable).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions (Desirable).
• Proof of previous employment with good conduct.
• Satisfactory school or college certificates with acceptable grades.
