Job Title : Oracle Fusion Program Manager - Head of Operations

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE(Onsite)

Responsibilities :

Lead the successful delivery of Oracle ERP and Fusion implementations, upgrades, and optimization programs across business functions

Establish and manage PMO governance, portfolio management practices, and delivery frameworks for ERP and enterprise initiatives

Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to align program goals with organizational priorities

Drive change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success

Build and mentor a high-performing team of program and project managers, ensuring execution excellence and capability development

Provide executive reporting, insights, and performance metrics to measure value realization and support strategic decision-making
