Title: Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Crane, Forklift, etc.)

KBR is looking for an Area Superintendent - Maintenance Head to ensure that daily refinery maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, I/E, and rotating equipment, are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, and quality standards to ensure sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors, procurement timelines, and establishing common work breakdown structures.
2. Provide leadership to create organizational structures and processes necessary for service execution, and oversee equipment services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction costs.
3. Evaluate equipment service execution for compliance with contracts, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team on status, issues, risks, and cost impacts.
4. Own the equipment craft schedule and develop short-term look-ahead schedules for the Foreman, aligned with the execution plan.
5. Review and monitor costs and man-hours for installation, and develop staff, facilities, equipment, and tool requirements.
6. Require at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry with extensive related craft experience.
7. Handle equipment dispatching according to approved PTW and support service requests.
8. Check daily equipment reports for issues.
9. Ensure proper utilization and handling of all heavy equipment, including cranes, forklifts, manlifts, vacuum trucks, and boom trucks, checking their conditions before use.
10. Monitor job status per PTW and ensure equipment requests are closed timely.
