Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a veteran Heavy-Duty Driver to operate trailers for timely deliveries, ensure road safety, and maintain vehicles with discipline. The role requires dealing with customers and showrooms, with emphasis on safe loading/unloading and adherence to company procedures.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, No.3 & No.4 UAE licenses, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Shifts and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have No.3 & No.4 UAE driving licenses

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles before start of delivery/movement

Job purpose: To safely and efficiently operate heavy‑duty vehicles for the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely deliveries, compliance with traffic and safety regulations, proper vehicle maintenance, and accurate documentation while supporting operational requirements.

Job responsibilities:

Vehicle Movement/Delivery:

• To inspect all the vehicles before start of delivery/movement.
• Proper care in handling of new vehicles – Reduction of repair costs and delays.
• Due care in loading / unloading of vehicles on the Car carriers to avoid transit damages – Safety Norms.
• To follow the delivery procedure – Vehicle movement record.

Equipment Care:

• To operate company vehicle with due care & avoid damages – Minimum maintenance cost.
• To follow Traffic rules & Road safety norms– To avoid road accident & maintain company image.

Communications:

• To be able to communicate effectively with the customers & showrooms on the delivery issues.

Educational Qualification

• High School educated.

Work Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in driving of Heavy‑duty trailers.
• Must have both No.3 & No.4 Valid UAE Driving License.
• Interpersonal relations & be able to work in multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under stress & adaptation to change. Willing to work in any shift & for long hours, if required.
• Understands the importance of superior Customer Service.
• Knowledge on Road‑side repairs
