Job summary

A leading company in the logistics industry is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate bulk tankers for transporting petroleum products. Candidates must have a valid UAE driver's license and at least 3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves ensuring safety, compliance, and proper documentation throughout the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Valid UAE No 4 heavy vehicle driver’s license.
• Experience operating Tanker preferred but not mandatory.

Job description

Responsible for transporting liquid in bulk petroleum and other related petroleum products one place to another as per customer requirements on our fleet of vehicles by meeting all standards of company HSEQ policies.

1. Operate bulk tanker vehicles to transport materials such as fuel, chemicals and other bulk goods.

2. Perform daily safety checks of Vehicle.

3. Ensure secure and compliant loading and unloading of tanker contents.

4. Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.

5. Monitor and maintain proper documentation, including delivery notes, logbooks, and safety checklists.

6. Adherence to journey management.

8. Meeting HSE targets.

9. Meeting operational targets.

10. Safe transportation.

11. Adhering to traffic rules.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably in the Oil & Gas or transportation industry.

- Valid UAE No 4 heavy vehicle driver’s license.

-Experience operating Tanker (preferred but not mandatory).
