Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networking.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and clients.
  • Prepare and issue job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track all stages of the recruitment process.

Qualifications :
