Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare planning. The position offers a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in healthcare planning or medical facility projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield healthcare projects.
• Exposure to healthcare developments ranging from mid to large-scale project values.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Design and Planning on healthcare projects.
• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare facilities across multiple locations.
• Collaborate closely with architectural design teams and project management teams to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on large-scale healthcare developments.
• Support business development activities through client engagement and relationship management.
• Contribute to proposals, bid documentation, and contract negotiations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to support project acquisition and delivery.
