Job summary

The National Insurance Company – Daman in Abu Dhabi is seeking a healthcare analytics professional to support data-driven decision-making through collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare and financial data.

You will assist in developing dashboards, reports, and performance indicators using business intelligence tools, while contributing to cost-effectiveness studies, utilization reviews, and healthcare trend analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Health Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage.
• Interest in healthcare analytics and understanding of insurance or healthcare systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision-making through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare and financial data.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and performance indicators using business intelligence tools.
• Contribute to cost-effectiveness studies, utilization reviews, and healthcare trend analyses.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and actuarial modeling to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Health Economics, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain data quality, ensure accuracy, and support process automation initiatives.
