This role assists in delivering holistic care under the supervision of a registered nurse or clinician while ensuring effective communication within the interdisciplinary team. Additionally, it supports the safe, efficient, and effective management of the department with allocated resources.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and ethical codes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Supports clinical staff in delivering patient-centered care, ensuring dignity, safety, and advocacy for vulnerable individuals while reporting any concerns.
• Works under nursing supervision alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide effective, individualized patient care and communicates effectively.
