Role Overview

The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist will ensure that all oil & gas operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and programs to minimize risks and foster a strong safety culture. The HSE Specialist will work closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams to promote safe work practices and continuous improvement in safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
