Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our construction sites. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring safety practices, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend preventive measures to mitigate risks.
• Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain HSE documentation, including reports, permits, and records.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent).
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
