Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Health Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations across healthcare facilities. This role is focused on driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and healthcare service quality.
• Oversee the daily management of healthcare facilities, including staffing, resource planning, and patient flow.
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance performance and patient satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data to inform reporting and executive decision-making.
• Manage risk mitigation and quality assurance programs.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated success in improving efficiency, compliance, and quality of care.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare systems and operational data analysis.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
