Job description

• Manage group medical insurance portfolios, with a focus on employee benefits for large corporate clients.
• Lead and manage the medical insurance team effectively
• Handle key accounts and large clients with professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, additions/deletions, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and present benefit comparisons, renewal proposals, and policy summaries to clients
• Liaise with insurers and TPAs to negotiate policy terms, obtain competitive quotes, and resolve escalated issues
• Conduct management reporting and ensure business targets are met
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients
• Stay updated on medical insurance products and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in medical insurance, with a focus on employee benefits, gained at insurance brokers in the UAE, including handling large corporate clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end processes for large corporate clients, including policy administration, renewals, claims coordination, and client relationship management.
• Skilled in negotiating with insurers and TPAs to secure competitive pricing and customized coverage solutions
• Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations, including DHA/HAAD compliance and documentation requirements.
• 16 Years Bachelors Degree with UAE's Ministry of Education Equivalency
