The Health and Fitness Manager has a dynamic and critical role of overseeing all aspects of the Health and Fitness operations in the club. This includes managing fitness programs, ensuring the well-being of our members, and driving overall health and fitness revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment for staff and members alike. Health & Fitness Manager will manage Fitness Team Leads and Coaches - Personal Trainers, Group Exercises Instructors, Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS).
  • Delivery of GX, Swim, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings.
  • Ensure a culture of Winning Ways.

To apply for the Role, you Require:

  • Applicants must have firm knowledge and experience of managing Health & Fitness teams.
  • Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool and team building/bonding.
  • Must be able to offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams.
  • Must be well versed with international standards and requirements of training delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and nutrition.
  • Desirable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/Global program.
  • Dynamic, confident and lives the brand. Excellent communication skills.
