As a Health Club Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and safe experience in the health club and fitness areas. We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for wellness and hospitality to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the health club and provide guidance on facility usage and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment, locker rooms, and relaxation areas
• Assist guests with equipment setup, workouts, and exercise classes as needed
• Monitor the health club area to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on health club amenities and services
• Assist with organizing fitness classes and events for guests
• Ensure all health and safety standards are consistently met

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Health Club Attendant or similar role in a luxury resort or fitness environment
• Certificate in Hospitality Operations, Fitness Training Assistance, Spa & Wellness Services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and health club operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
