Job description

As a Health Club and Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting all guests and members while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
  • Be the first and last representation of the health club for guests and members.
  • General reception duties including meeting and greeting guests and hotel members
  • Operating point of sales system to ensure proper billing of services to guests and members for services rendered.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
  • Ensure that the Health Club is safe and hazard free.
  • Maintain inventory and appearance of retail center.
  • Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of entire health club facility including but not limited to locker rooms and retail reception and lounge areas.
  • Handling cash and/or credit transactions while ensuring checks and balances through all venues.
  • Communicating with guests and members using correct verbiage and standard Fairmont telephone protocols.
  • Responsible for projects as assigned by manager

Qualifications :

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience is an asset
  • Hospitality background is preferred
  • Available to work weekends and shift work.
