Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Health & Safety Officer (HSE) to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and maintain safe environments across factory, exhibition, and event projects—from installation to dismantling.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HSE experience, holds NEBOSH or IOSH certification, and a degree in Occupational Health & Safety. Travel within the UAE and internationally is required; evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in exhibitions, events or construction.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety practices.
• Willingness to travel within UAE and internationally.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Implement safety procedures and preventive measures across factory and project sites.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and venue management to maintain safety standards.
