Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and monitor Health and Safety (H&S) practices across all sites, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  2. Conduct regular H&S inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency drills.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and government agencies, maintaining documentation and reporting on H&S activities.
  4. Review contractor risk assessments and permit-to-work applications for safety compliance.
  5. Lead H&S committee meetings and prepare monthly reports on safety performance.
  6. Develop and update H&S policies aligning with regulations and industry standards.
  7. Coordinate emergency response and crisis management activities.
  8. Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure site readiness for audits.
  9. Collect and analyze safety data to identify improvement opportunities.
  10. Organize training sessions and workshops on H&S topics.
Qualifications and Certifications
