Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
  • Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling where possible.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
  • Maintain the assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.

Job Description

  1. Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
  2. Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
  3. Take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling where possible.
  4. Utilize the outlet point-of-sales system as prescribed.
  5. Ensure all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
  6. Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
  7. Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area.
  8. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
  9. Be flexible in meeting guest requests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  10. Follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
  11. Maintain the assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
  12. Ensure all company minimum brand standards are implemented, and optional standards where appropriate.
