As part of our global growth, you will play an integral role in the resort's success. Your responsibilities include assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining resort standards, leading, supervising, and motivating staff to deliver high standards of service with care and attention to detail, in line with standard operating procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enhance the guest experience through energetic and lively presentation.
2. Ensure all mise-en-place is correctly prepared before service.
3. Prepare food and beverage requests promptly, displaying genuine hospitality.
4. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
5. Maintain a flawless restaurant and bar layout reflecting the resort's image.
6. Create a working environment that reflects a sense of place.
7. Delegate responsibilities and ensure task completion.
8. Present a professional appearance.
9. Stay updated on resort happenings, guest in-house details, and daily events.
10. Report incidents, repairs, and maintenance needs.
11. Participate in team events and training sessions.
12. Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with colleagues.
13. Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and hygiene standards in all work areas.
14. Be conscious of energy and water conservation efforts.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or resort environment, with strong F&B knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English are required; additional languages are a plus. The candidate should be dynamic, a team player, and capable of providing the highest service standards to diverse clientele.
