We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our Lifestyle Dining Division for our seasonal hiring in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role involves overseeing a section of the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen and other service staff, and delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during operations.
  • Ensure top-tier guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Coordinate table setups, reservations, and guest seating efficiently.
  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Uphold brand image and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry and in a similar concept, preferred but not limited to.
  • Fluent in English, Other Languages such as Italian, French, Russian, Spanish or Greek will be highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering standout service.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Flexible schedule – able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
