Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products, with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Head Waiter/Head Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in close cooperation with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations
  • Conducting regular training sessions with the team in line with departmental SOPs
  • Monitoring duty schedules for the team
  • Ensuring proper appearance and grooming of employees
  • Setting up the Food & Beverage outlet timely, according to meal settings and opening hours
  • Welcoming arriving guests and managing seating through the hostess or taking over if unavailable
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with patrons
  • Being familiar with the outlet's menu, promotional activities, and relevant hotel information
  • Contributing to meeting and maximizing the monthly revenue budget

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma/degree in hospitality with up to two years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and familiarity with Micros systems is desirable. Previous leadership and supervisory experience is a plus.
