About:

Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team based in Sharjah.

Job Purpose:

The Head – Sales is responsible for leading and executing the Real Estate Sales strategy for Alef Group. The role is critical in driving the company’s revenue growth by developing and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing strategic sales plans, and identifying new market opportunities. This position is critical for aligning the company’s vision with market dynamics and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional client experience and stakeholder relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive property sales and revenue growth aligned with Alef Group’s objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets across multiple real estate projects.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Establish robust performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to track and improve sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors, clients, brokers, and partners to strengthen Alef Group’s market position.
  • Oversee client relationship management to ensure a seamless and high-quality buyer journey from lead generation to handover.
  • Represent Alef Group at exhibitions, conferences, and client engagements to promote the brand and real estate portfolio.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to real estate transactions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certifications in Sales Management or Real Estate are an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with a reputable real estate developer in the GCC region.
  • Must have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.

Skills required:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
