Mamoura British Academy is a British curriculum school with Lower, Middle and Senior School phases in Abu Dhabi. The Head - Primary English will contribute to the strategic direction of the school while leading English provision within the Primary phase. Leadership

• Contribute to the whole-school vision and strategic direction.
• Lead team and planning meetings to ensure colleagues are well informed, organized, and supported.
• Line manage teachers and teaching assistants and support their performance against the UAE Professional Teacher Standards.
• Contribute to the school 's Monitoring, Evaluating and Reporting processes.
• Quality assure provision within the year group to maintain consistently high standards and expectations.
• Participate actively in the school 's Middle Leader training programme.
• Support colleagues through collaboration, professional dialogue, and sharing of effective practice.

Teaching and Learning

• Teach all areas of the Primary English National Curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of pupils across the full ability range.
• Organize the classroom, learning resources, and displays to create a positive learning environment.
• Support the development of the Mamoura British Academy USP within Primary English.
• Evidence pupils ' work and learning in accordance with the school 's Marking and Feedback policy.
