Job summary

The-Food- UAE group is seeking a Head Pastry Chef - Multi Site to lead pastry development, standardization, and culinary execution across multiple brands in the UAE. You will build scalable pastry systems, guide pre-opening dessert concepts, recruit and train teams, and ensure quality and cost controls across sites.

Working across brand kitchens and the Central Production Unit, you will align with Culinary, Operations, Procurement, and Brand teams to deliver moments of delight while driving

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of pastry experience in premium hospitality or luxury dining.
Senior leadership experience across multiple outlets/brands.
Proven capability in development, costing, standardization, and rollout.
Experience in pre-opening environments and training for new sites.
Commercial awareness including GP, cost control, and labor productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-brand pastry development and dessert menu across multiple sites.
Develop recipe packs, costing sheets, plating guides, and SOPs.
Standardize pastry systems and ensure cross-brand consistency.
Recruit, train, and develop pastry teams for new openings.
Oversee pre-opening and mobilization, ensuring launch readiness.
Monitor wastage, portioning, and production efficiency for margins.
