Job summary

A leading search and selection firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior construction manager to lead operations within its Construction Department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing technical operations across various construction disciplines including civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Fluent English and Arabic is required, alongside advanced qualifications in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience with 4-6 years in a senior role.
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable in Arabic.
• Understanding of FIDIC conditions of contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations section in the Construction Department.
• Manage technical operations for all construction disciplines.
• Oversee the construction workshop including fabrication and carpentry.

Job description

To lead the operations section in the Construction Department by managing the technical operations supporting all disciplines of construction engineering, including Civil, MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, FFEI, and the construction workshop, which involves fabrication and carpentry works related to construction and landscape projects.
