Job description

The successful candidate should:

1. Have a Bachelor s Degree in Education or Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area
2. Master s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is an advantage
3. Be proficient in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent)
4. Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are highly desirable
5. Hold a UAE Certified Teaching License/ equivalent, or working towards attainment
6. Have 4+ years of classroom teaching experience
7. Have proven experience in formal or informal leadership focused on improving student achievement
